The new season is a great reason to make and keep resolutions. Whether it’s eating right or cleaning out the garage, here are some tips for making and keeping resolutions.

Make a list

Lists are great ways to stay on track. Write down some big things you want to accomplish and some smaller things, too.


Check the list regularly

Don’t forget to check in and see how you’re doing. Just because you don’t achieve the big goals right away doesn’t mean you’re not making progress.


Reward yourself

When you succeed in achieving a goal, be it a big one or a small one, make sure to pat yourself on the back.


Think positively

Positive thinking is a major factor in success. So instead of mulling over things that didn’t go quite right, remind yourself of things that did.

I went to Florida for the first time April of 2022, and I absolutely fell in love with the state. I spent most of my travel time in Fort Lauderdale and Miami. While I loved Miami, I found Fort Lauderdale more of my speed because the crowds were smaller. The beaches in both Miami and Fort Lauderdale were both amazing! In May of 2022, I traveled to Panama City Beach, Florida. I was blessed with the opportunity to stay on the beach. Now Babbeeeeee, what I didn't know prior to going to Panama City Beach is that the restaurants on the beach to not close when the gun goes down. I was literally on the beach in the middle of the night and it was E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-A-N-G! Enough about why I like Florida! Lets talk about why you should take a trip there if you've never been. 1) The ocean is therapeutic 2) Beach workouts are everything 3) Self-Care is a must! 4) The SUN is filled with glorious vitamin D. Please remember that self-care is a must! Travel to places which make you happy! -Dee
